Terms and Conditions

Final numbers for catering are required two full working days prior to the event.
At the discretion of the site manager, functions cancelled within 24 hours prior to the event will be charged in full.
Damages and breakages caused to equipment or property of Eurest by guests of the organiser will be charged to the organiser accordingly.
All equipment specifically hired at the request of the organiser for the event will be at the cost of the organiser.
Any damages to this equipment caused by guests of the event will be at the cost of the organiser.
Function pricing is based on Monday to Friday during cafe hours. Functions held on a weekend, public holiday or evening will attract a surcharge.
Please discuss with the site manager prior to the final function quote. Eurest reserves the right to alter brochure prices without notification.
